Note by Brushface: 52-5755 from Biloxi, Mississippi, has been moved to Edwards AFB and is now a static display. Another note, 52-5755 was only one of two YF100A aircraft it sat at Keesler AFB in the Triangle area for a good many years. It was moved and repainted from SEA Campo to a medium gray color and put on a pole on Hwy 90 in Biloxi. After a number of years, the aircraft was looking really bad, so Keesler decided to remove it before it got any worse for wear. The aircraft was going to be used for fire training so was the rumor. The Edwards AFB museum got wind of it and they wanted the aircraft, since it was only one of two. (The other one, 52-5754, had been destroyed, supposedly at the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs. At any rate, the aircraft sat for a number of months at Keesler in the C-130 area behind all the buildings. It was finally moved to Edwards AFB in 2001. (See story and pictures by Larry Brushface.)
