54-1926 on a taxiway at Soesterberg Air Base, the Netherlands. This F-100C was assigned to the 32nd TFS, 36th TFW. The 36th Wing's four squadrons, 22nd (red), 23rd (blue), 32nd (green), and 53rd (yellow) all had similar paint schemes, the primary difference being the color. Given its assignment to the 32nd TFS, this aircraft's tail diagonal bands are green, with white separation lines and edges. The chevrons below the cockpit are green with a white edge overlaid on a white chevron with a green edge. Thse nose flash is white, with a green border. The 32nd TFS came under the control of the Netherlands in 1959, after which the green squadron colors were replaced by the red/white/blue of the Dutch flag.
