(Photo and information courtesy of Tony Bulat.) This photo was taken at Tuy Hoa, Republic of South Vietnam AB sometime during the summer of 1970. I'm the short dude on the left. That's Capt. Bob Weaver on the right. He stands 6'-5" tall, so he'd make anyone look short. In those days, I was 6'-1" tall and weighed about 210 lbs. I'm still close to that today, believe it or not. The load looks like four Mk. 82 500 lb. slicks, with two 275 gal drop tanks. Fusing is hard to tell from the picture. The fusing may have been optional -- instantaneous nose/delayed in the tail -- selectable from the cockpit. This looks like a typical configuration.

This is a photo of 56-3081 that I found a few days ago. I am looking others. I took this photo during operation Hard Surface in Dhaharan, Saudi Arabia, in September, 1963.
